Mindful Minis with Indigenous Teachings

For caregivers and children ages: 3–6 years

In collaboration with The Family Centre and their Indigenous Knowledge Holders, join our group for a playful, nurturing gathering that introduces young children to mindfulness, emotional well-being, and connection through age-appropriate activities. Indigenous teachings, stories, values, and ways of knowing are woven throughout to support children’s connection to themselves, others, the land, and community.
