Volunteering can be a very rewarding experience. Here are a couple things to consider when thinking about volunteering at FFRN:
What skills and experience do you have?
We value the unique strengths each volunteer brings. Share with us how your skills and experience can contribute to our team.
What’s your availability?
Let us know what days and times you are able to volunteer.
Can you commit to a regular schedule?
Consistency is important to us, as it helps us plan effectively and ensures that we can count on your support.
The process of becoming an FFRN volunteer includes:
Completing a volunteer application
An interview with the Volunteer Coordinator
Reference checks
Criminal Record check
An Alberta Children’s Services Intervention Record Check.
Successful Volunteers will also be asked to sign an Oath of Confidentiality.
