At Family Futures Resource Network, we believe in fun. This is a place where children get to be children; where a child’s laughter is how we measure success and where we understand the value of play.

We are so pleased to expand our regular programing to offer Children’s Parties. You will be able to book Children’s parties for birthdays, team events or groups for children 3-10 years old.

Children’s Party Packages Include:

Party Fun for up to 8 children ($25 per additional child)
A private party space for 2.5 hours. We will work with you to plan the 60 minutes of programming around time for eating and opening gifts
A Party Host to deliver the facilitated themed program for the children

$250

Party fun for up to 8 children ($25 per additional child, infants 2 and under are free)

Deposit

Full payment on base package required to secure booking.

For booking of additional children contact the Party Coordinator at parties@familyfutures.ca no later than 7 business days prior to the party date.

Availability

Private party rooms are located at Westbrook (25 Fairways Drive) and Summerside (4341 Savaryn Drive).

Parties are available Friday evenings (5pm-9 pm), Saturdays (9am-9pm), Sundays (9am-9pm), and Statutory holidays (9am-9pm).

Party Themes

Ooie Gooie Science!

Does your child enjoy science and sensory activities. Check out our Ooie Gooie Science party where kids will learn interesting science facts, hands on learning that invites children to tap into all their senses and make some slime to take home.

Let’s Get Artsy!

Is your child a little Picasso? Do they love art and expressing themselves creatively? Check out our Let’s Get Artsy party where kids will create individual art using a variety of fun art mediums.

Frequently Asked Questions

Group Size

Family Futures party rooms will accommodate a maximum number of 30 people (adults and children combined).

Clothing

Please ensure your guests have clean and comfortable shoes that can be worn throughout the party.

Be advised that some of the party supplies may stain clothes. Please ask your guests to dress accordingly.

Food

You are permitted to bring outside food, cake, beverages, and treats. If you are bringing your own food, please bring everything you need to serve.

There is a refrigerator and freezer available onsite.

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all times.

Decorations

You are welcome to bring in decorations, restrictions include confetti, glitter, silly string, pinatas, and nothing can be adhered to the walls or ceiling.

Party Organizers are welcome to arrive 20 minutes early to decorate.

Supervision

A minimum of 1 adult for every 5 children must be on site throughout the entire party.

Payment

Payment of $250.00 is required at the time of booking (up to 8 children).

For booking of additional children contact the Party Coordinator at parties@familyfutures.ca : no later than 7 business days prior to the party date.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel with 10 or more business days’ notice, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

If the party is canceled with less than 10 business days’ notice, no refunds will be provided.

Party Room Access

We recommend you arrive 20 minutes prior to your booking time. All party attendees must leave the party area no later than 15 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time.

Cleanup

Adults are expected to place all trash and debris inside designated trash cans prior to leaving the party area. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100.00.

The available themes are Ooie Gooie Science!, and Let’s get Artsy! .

No additional themes will be offered.

Program Demonstration

Custom demonstrations are not available at this time.

Additional Time

Yes, you can! Party rooms can be rented for 1 additional hour for a fee of $100.00.

What happens if we arrive late

Your party will start when you arrive and will still end at the scheduled time indicated on your party contract.

The Party Host will facilitate the party and be onsite to answer any questions.
