Full Time Permanent (Salaried Position)

 

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who will ensure efficient internal processes and manage key objectives while helping to support revenue generated strategies. The Operations Manager will supervise and lead 4 staff members within the administration, technology, and facility areas. This position holds a senior leadership position, under the authority of the Executive Director. Prior work or other related experience within the nonprofit sector is an asset.

  • Technology Management Including Data and On-Line Registration

  • Business Development for Revenue Generation

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years leadership experience with a combination of supervision, business planning, and operational management.
  • Prior experience as a manager within a larger nonprofit agency (3M plus budget).
  • Development of funding proposals and outcome reporting to primary government funders
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and other digital networks such as database management, social media, and website management.
  • Experience overseeing facilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and management abilities.
  • Prior experience in revenue generation, an asset.

This is a full-time position that has a flexible schedule with availability that allows for a management presence during daytime, evening, and select Saturdays.
