Join us for an hour of de-stressing with yoga and mindfulness. It is empowering for families to practice relaxing together. This program is for parents and children from 6-12. We will be exploring beginner and child friendly Hatha poses along with breathing techniques for all ages. We hope that this hour gives you tools to help you de-stress with your children and create stronger connections.
