For caregivers of teenagers

This one-on-one parenting program helps caregivers to connect positively with adolescents. It is based on concepts of positive reinforcement and healthy communication. In one on one sessions, caregivers will learn about key topics:

1. Ensuring a safe, engaging environment
2. Using assertive discipline, techniques, and how to implement them in the household
3. Having realistic expectations
4. Managing behaviours
5. Increasing desired behaviour
